The above products do not perform any calculations that are dependent upon the time/date. As such, these products will function correctly regardless of what date they are used on. These devices are fully compliant with the Y2K (Year 2000)  according to the definition produced by various customers and government agencies.

In anticipation of the year 2000, we have thoroughly tested our own business computer systems for correct operation before, during and after the transition to the year 2000. Our clock correctly identifies the leap year in the year 2000 and the year increments correctly from 1999 to 2000. All systems were fully updated with approved Y2K software in Q1, 1998 with respect to BIOS, Operating Systems and Application Programs used by Chiralizer Services to carry out their business activities. Additionally, our vendors have assured us that any systems used by them for design, construction, shipping, billing, and communication with us have also been updated to comply with the Y2K issues. While there assurance has been given to us, we can not be held liable for their compliance with Y2K issues.

This Certificate shall serve as proof of our compliance.
